How Does Dymista Nasal Spray Work?

Dymista Nasal Spray contains a combination of azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate. These work together to help relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, congestion, and itchy or watery eyes. The azelastine hydrochloride helps to reduce inflammation in the nose, while the fluticasone propionate helps to reduce inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages.
