1. Order your medicine
Sign up on our website in 2 minutes, then place your order.
2. Your GP approves
After checking your order, your GP sends us an electronic prescription.
3. Receive your medicine
You’ll get a notification when your prescription is ready, then have it delivered to your door free of charge. Of course if you’re local to us in Cheshire you can opt to collect your medication from the clinic if you’d prefer.

Certain things shouldn’t be difficult, and getting your medication is one of them. Once you’ve signed up with us, you get access to your own personalised dashboard to order your medication 24/7 and that’s your part done. We’ll get that processed, approved by your GP, and delivered to your door. Of course if you’re local to us in Cheshire you can opt to collect your medication from the clinic if you’d prefer.
You can set reminders to order your medication, you can send us messages through the system, and if applicable can pay for your prescriptions too.

We believe in convenience. Some like it delivered. Some people like to come in and collect. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to give you peace of mind exactly where your medication is and to ensure it arrives to you as soon as possible.
Always order on time
You’ll get a reminder to order your next prescription 7 days before you’re due to run out. You can switch this on or off – you decide.

Need help? We’re not a big corporation. You’ll always know the name of who you’re speaking to and can choose to speak to the same Pharmacist about your conditions.
