Directions

  • The patch is best applied on the skin the week before you expect your period and left for at least seven days.
  • On the seventh day, remove the patch and replace it with another.
  • The patch can be worn for up to seven days If you forget to replace the patch on time, you may need to use another form of contraception until you have restarted the patch cycle.
