Directions

  • You must always take the tablets as prescribed by your doctor.
  • The tablets are for oral use and should be taken at the same time every day to maintain consistency.
  • Progynova tablets can be taken with or without food, however, if you have stomach upset, you should take Progynova with food.
  • The recommended dose is one tablet a day for the prescribed duration which is always four weeks.
  • Once you finish your dose you must start on the next dose immediately without breaks.
  • Swallow the tablets with water without crushing or chewing them to avoid interfering with the ingredients.
  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose, whereby you should skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time.
